Purifying rice toner

A super fresh bi-phase toner giving a perfect matte finish! Recommended for combination and oily skin, the first phase of this toner purifies and the second phase mattifies, leaving skin fresh and perfectly clear.

Shake well before use. Apply morning and evening, with a cotton pad, after cleansing with the Foaming Rice Cleanser. Focus on the T-zone: forehead, nose, chin. Avoid the eye area. Tolerance dermatologically tested.
